These terms apply when you book a home service with RehmanRepairs — AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning or appliance repair — in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. By booking with us by phone, WhatsApp or the form on this website, you agree to these terms.

RehmanRepairs has served Islamabad and Rawalpindi since 2019. We provide the services listed on this website, carried out by identity-verified technicians. We only operate in Islamabad and Rawalpindi; if your address is outside these cities, or in an outer area we cannot reach on the requested day, we will tell you before confirming the booking. Our working hours are Mon–Sun: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Prices shown on this website are indicative price ranges, not final quotes. The exact price depends on the fault, the condition of the appliance or installation, and any parts needed — which can only be confirmed after inspection. Before any work starts, the technician will confirm the final price with you. No work begins until you have agreed to that price. If the inspection shows a bigger problem than expected, the technician will explain the revised price first, and you are free to decline.
You can book by phone on 0316 2613726, by WhatsApp, or through the booking form on this website. Bookings made before 4 PM are normally dispatched the same day; later bookings are scheduled for the next available slot. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so the slot can be offered to another customer. There is no charge for cancelling before the technician has set out; if the technician has already travelled to your address, a visit charge may apply and will be confirmed with you at the time.
Every repair we carry out comes with a 15-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault returns within 15 days of the repair, the follow-up visit and the rework are free. The warranty covers our workmanship only. It does not cover a different fault, damage caused after our visit, misuse, or problems caused by faulty parts supplied by the customer. If a replacement part is supplied by us, any manufacturer warranty on that part applies separately and we will tell you its terms at the time. To claim under the warranty, contact us on 0316 2613726 with the details of the original booking.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking and again when the final price is confirmed before work starts. Payment is due once the work is complete and you have had the chance to check it. Please agree the payment method with us when you book — we will confirm what we accept before the technician arrives, so there are no surprises at the end of the visit.
Please give us accurate information about the problem, safe access to the appliance or area being worked on, and tell the technician about any known hazards — such as damaged wiring, gas connections or water leaks — before work starts. If a repair cannot be completed safely, or needs a part that is not available, the technician will explain this and suggest the next step rather than carrying out an unsafe repair.
We take reasonable care in all work we carry out, and we are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage already present before our visit, for faults in appliances or installations we did not work on, or for indirect losses such as loss of use while an appliance awaits a part. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan.
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page is the one that applies to new bookings. Existing bookings are governed by the terms in force when the booking was made.
