This page explains the limits of the information on this website — our price estimates, our blog articles, and the brand names we mention — so you know exactly what to rely on and what needs a technician's inspection.
Last updated: November 2026.
Prices and price ranges shown on this website are indicative only. They are based on typical jobs in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but the final price for your job depends on the actual fault, the condition of the appliance or installation, access to the site, and any parts needed. The final price is always confirmed with you after inspection and before any work starts — the figure on a service page is never a binding quote, and no work is charged at a price you have not agreed to.
The articles on our blog are general guidance for homeowners: how to spot common problems, what a repair usually involves, and when to call a professional. They are written for typical situations and cannot cover the specific condition of your home or appliance. Blog advice is not a substitute for a technician's inspection. If you are unsure about a problem — especially one involving electricity, gas or water — book a visit rather than relying on an article to diagnose or fix it.
Where this website mentions appliance and equipment brands — such as Gree, Haier, Dawlance, Samsung, LG, Kenwood, PEL or Orient — those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a brand means only that our technicians have experience servicing appliances of that make; it does not mean we are authorised by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the manufacturer, and repairs we carry out may affect an existing manufacturer warranty — please check your warranty terms or ask us before booking if this matters to you.
Gas and electrical faults can be dangerous. Do not attempt repairs yourself if you are not qualified — especially on gas lines, gas appliances, distribution boards, wiring, or anything that sparks, smells of burning, or gives you an electric shock. Switch off the affected circuit or appliance, keep away from the fault, and call a qualified technician. If you smell gas, do not switch lights or appliances on or off, open doors and windows to ventilate the area, leave the property if the smell is strong, and contact your gas supplier or emergency services as well as a technician. If there is a fire or an immediate danger to life, call the emergency services first.
Same-day dispatch applies to bookings made before 4 PM and is subject to technician availability on the day. Outer areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi may need a next-morning slot. Our working hours are Mon–Sun: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and availability may change on public holidays or during severe weather. We will always confirm your slot before the technician sets out.
We work to a professional standard and every repair carries a 15-day workmanship warranty (see our Terms of Service). However, we cannot guarantee that a repair will restore an old or heavily worn appliance to new condition, or that a fault will not recur for a different reason. If a repair will not fully solve the problem, the technician will say so before charging you for it.
