RehmanRepairs provides home services — AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning and appliance repair — across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you use the booking form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, your phone number, the service you need, your city, and any message you write about the problem. Your email address is optional on the form. If you contact us directly instead — by phone call or WhatsApp message — we receive whatever details you share in that conversation, such as your name, address and a description of the job, so that we can arrange a visit.
We also collect basic, anonymous usage information about this website through Google Analytics (measurement ID G-TDMYP9F71J). This tells us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how people reach the site. It does not identify you personally, and it is not linked to your booking details.
We use the details from your booking to contact you about that booking: to confirm the service, the price and the visit time, to send a technician to your address, and to follow up if the same fault returns within the warranty period. When a booking is submitted, an email notification containing your booking details is sent to our own contact address (muhammadsaifurrehman787@gmail.com) so that our team can respond. We do not use your details for any other purpose, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
We do not sell your personal information. Your booking details are never shared with advertisers or other businesses for their own use — they are seen only by the people who need them to deliver your service: our booking team and the technician assigned to your job. Separately, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to show ads on this website (see 'Advertising and cookies' below). We would disclose information only if required to do so by law, or to protect the safety of our staff or customers.
We show ads on this website through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to show you ads based on your visits to this website and other websites. These cookies do not contain your name, phone number, or booking details.
You can turn off personalised advertising at any time in your Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads), or by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices. If you turn it off, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting cookies already stored on your device.
We keep booking records for as long as they are needed to manage the booking and any warranty follow-up — normally the 15-day workmanship warranty period and a reasonable time afterwards for our own records. After that, details are deleted or kept only in anonymous form for counting completed jobs.
You can ask us at any time to correct your details, or to delete the booking information we hold about you. Email us at muhammadsaifurrehman787@gmail.com or call 0316 2613726, tell us the name and phone number used for the booking, and we will action your request. We will confirm once it is done. Please note that if a job is already booked or in progress, we may need to keep the details until the visit is complete.
If we change how we collect or use information — for example, by adding a new booking channel — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above. The version published here is the one that applies.
